The Epsilon is a small primary flight trainer for the French air force. It is used as a lead-in to basic jet training on the Alpha Jet.
The Epsilon has a conventional design, featuring a low wing with a tapered trailing edge and rounded tips set forward of the fuselage mid-point; the wing has 5 degrees of dihedral and is mounted with 2 degrees of incidence. The trailing edge has single-slotted flaps.
