The Firefly is a British light trainer aircraft that is based on the earlier T-67B, which was in turn derived from the French Fournier RF6B.
As the T-3A, the U.S. Air Force's Enhanced Flight Screener (EFS) aircraft, it has been used in a 21.5-hour initial flight training phase to select candidates for further training at relatively low cost.
