The P-3 Orion is the U.S. Navy's long-range maritime patrol and anti-submarine warfare (ASW) aircraft. It also serves in the navies and air forces of several other countries. Some have been adapted to electronic intelligence (ELINT) collection and special reconnaissance roles.
