Following up on the procurement of two Seabird Seekers, the new Iraqi air force contracted with Jordan Aerospace Industries in 2004 for 16 light, two-seat low-wing trainers. The aircraft are also equipped with a FLIR (forward-looking infrared) multisensor imager and Harris communication gear.
