The SkyStar 300, a small aerostat designed for surveillance, reconnaissance and target detection missions, was the first aerostat in the SkyStar family. It can remain airborne for 72 hours at altitudes of up to 1,000 feet (300 m) with a payload of 77 lb (35 kg).
