The Finnish armed forces number about 22,000 peacetime personnel and have a mobilized wartime strength of 238,000, primarily composed of Army personnel (full mobilization takes roughly four weeks). The latter figure is set to increase to 280,00 wartime troops under the guidelines of the government's Defense Policy Report. If all trained reservists ages 18-60 are factored in, the total increases to 900,000.
