NOTICE: This report will be frozen while the Sudanese military market itself remains in limbo. Sudan's fractious internal politics erupted into civil war in April 2023, pitting the Rapid Support Forces paramilitary group against the Sudanese Armed Forces. This ongoing civil war has ensured that Khartoum will not be a viable military market for Western-style contractors for the immediate future.
