Seaglider unmanned underwater vehicle

The Seaglider is a long-range, high-endurance unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) that is designed to perform a variety of oceanographic tasks. It measures temperature, salinity, depth-averaged current and other ocean characteristics. Other military capabilities are also being developed for the system.
