The SHALDAG class, after the Hebrew word for kingfisher, are fast patrol boats in service with several navies worldwide.
The hull, deck and deckhouse are of welded marine aluminum alloy, with transverse frames and longitudinals. There are integral double-bottom fuel tanks with an additional gravity fuel tank at the center.
