This former Soviet hydrofoil torpedo craft was delivered to the Seychelles for patrol duties without torpedo tubes, sonar or hydrofoils. The craft fulfilled a useful role as a large patrol craft, despite its low speed (the Soviet TURYA units fitted with hydrofoils had a speed of 40 knots).
