Salamandre

Salamandre is an advanced, shipborne, integrated radar detection and multi-threat jamming system. Detection, identification, warning, classification and location are performed by the integrated DR 3000 (see separate record).

Salamandre is intended to protect naval combatants against surveillance, targeting and fire-control radars and EM-based missile seekers. Modular design and development allow several options based on platform and scenario differences.
