The EL/K-1250T is a very compact, synthesized receiver used as a component of larger communications intelligence (COMINT) systems. It is capable of intercepting most forms of tactical radio communications. Four selectable intermediate frequency filters are used for signal demodulation. The filters include AM, FM, continuous wave (CW) and single-sideband (SSB).
The receiver can be remote-controlled and employs micro-circuitry to minimize weight and bulk.
