The CR-2700 is a transportable tactical electronic intelligence (ELINT) collection center. It can be moved by land, sea or air, and consists of an operations/equipment shelter with roof-mounted antennas to cover the higher bands (4 to 18 GHz) and an auxiliary antenna/equipment trailer to cover the lower bands (0.5 to 4 GHz). A crew of two is needed to operate the system, one to monitor the lower bands and one to monitor the higher bands. Recorders are provided for later analysis...
