The Sky Shadow is an electronic counter measures (ECM) jammer designed for fighter aircraft. It is pod-mounted, usually on the wing's outer pylons. It is a fully autonomous system that can jam both multiple and simultaneous threats.
The Sky Shadow system can counter surveillance, missile and airborne radar as well as other ground and air threats. It incorporates a transmitter/receiver, processor, computer, display, automatic power management and cooling system.
