The AN/TLQ-17A is a modular jamming/monitoring system available in both ground and air configurations. It can operate on up to 255 preset frequencies at one time and conduct computer-controlled surveillance, search and jamming.

The mean time between failures (MBTF) is 440 hours; mean time to repair (MT TR) at the organizational level is 15 minutes; and MTTR at the intermediate level is two hours.
