The AN/GLQ-3 is a jamming system designed to disrupt enemy tactical voice and data communications. The system is shelter-mounted on the U.S. Army commercial utility cargo vehicle/CUCV). The solid-state transmitter generates up to 1,500 watts. A combined digitally tuned receiver/exciter and central processor are the other main components.
