The AN/PRC-126 (RT-1547) is a hand-held, receiver/transmitter, radio set that provides short-range, ground-to-ground, two-way voice communication. Ten presets, for simplex or half-duplex operation, are stored in a non-volatile, electronically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM).
