The ARC-164 is a modular, solid-state, ultra-high frequency (UHF) transmitter/receiver communication system. The modules, known as "slices," can be assembled as necessary to allow upgrades to basic components as well as relatively easy addition of such options as Have Quick electronic counter-countermeasures (ECCM) equipment.
