The ORB-31 is a modular radar that can be configured to fit a number of helicopters for surface search, target designation, missile fire control, weather monitoring, navigation, anti-surface warfare and anti-submarine warfare (ASW) missions.

Depending on customer and mission requirements, three types of transmitter/receivers (OEB 312, 314 and 315) and three antenna options (OAB 3110, 3112 and 3113) are available.
