The AN/ZPQ-1 TESAR (tactical endurance synthetic aperture radar) was developed by Northrop Grumman for deployment aboard the Predator medium-altitude endurance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (see separate record). It is also deployed aboard the U.S. Army's Sherpa multi-sensor testbed and the Northro p Grumman PBN Islander flying testbed.
