The AN/APQ-181 is the radar for Northrop Grumman’s B-2A stealth bomber. The system emphasizes low-probability-of-intercept (LPI) design and operation, featuring a total of 21 pulsed or pulse-Doppler search, detection and track modes as well as penetration and navigation synthetic aperture radar (SA R) modes.
