The AN/APQ-113 was a multi-mode radar fitted in the nose of the F-111A/C/E aircraft. It was the first of a family of attack radars for F-111 and FB-111 series aircraft.
The antenna was a solid, tri-lobed, parabolic reflector driven by a magnetron transmitter. The radar employed frequency agility to resist electronic countermeasures (ECM) and had three pulse repetition frequencies (PRF), two relatively low rates and one high PRF.
