The AN/AAS-52 Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS) is a multi-role electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR), laser illumination and laser detecting-ranging-tracking set developed for integration with military platforms. With its advanced digital architecture, the system provides long-range surveillance, target acquisition, tracking, rangefinding and laser designation for the AGM-114 Hellfire, Griffin and Paveway missiles as well as all tri-service and NATO laser-guided munitions.
