The MU-90 Impact, which began as the Murene (Moray), is a lightweight 670-lb (304-kg), 12.75-in (324-mm), anti-submarine torpedo developed by the French navy. It was designed to replace older lightweight torpedoes in French service, primarily the U.S. Mk 44 and Mk 46.
