Blocker insensitive influence mine

The Blocker is an influence sea mine developed by Forcit in Finland. The bottom mine is filled with 1,230 lb (560 kg) of the company's Foxit plastic-bonded explosive, with an FPX R1 PBE booster charge. This provides high shock and bubble energy output.
