The M20 had a single thermonuclear warhead plus penetration aids. Originally equipped with the MR-41 nuclear warhead and replaced by the TN-60 and TN-61 warheads (all three of these warheads are no longer in use by the French navy, the TN-61 being removed from naval service in 1991).
