The Rampage is an air-launched ballistic missile that was developed from the ground-launched Extended-Range Artillery (EXTRA) missile. It was originally designated the Multipurpose Air-launched Rocket System (MARS).

The missile is designed to defeat fixed, time-critical targets, including airbases, munitions facilities, air defense sites, logistics facilities, communications facilities and infrastructure.
