The Israeli Modular Stand-Off Vehicle (MSOV) is an inexpensive glide weapon that is designed to dispense submunitions to destroy large area targets such as surface-to-air missile sites and airfields. A variety of payloads have been adopted for the vehicle, including anti-runway submunitions; anti-personnel/anti-materiel bomblets; and anti-tank mines.
