The Joint Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM) AGM-179 program is an effort to produce a replacement for the current AGM-65 Maverick, AGM-114 Hellfire and BGM-71 TOW missiles. It is being designed for use by fighters, helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles. It is planned to be initially integrated aboard F/A-18E/F Super Hornet fighters, AH-64D Apache and AH-1Z Viper attack, OH-58D Kiowa Warrior scout and MH-60R maritime helicopters, as well as MQ-1C Gray Eagle unmanned aerial vehicles....
