The CBU-94/B "Blackout" cluster bomb uses the BLU-114/B special-purpose munition, probably coupled with the either the SUU-65/B or SUU-66/B dispenser. The weapon is used to attack electrical power infrastructure. It is sometimes referred to as the graphite bomb.
The BLU-114/B is similar in size and shape to the BLU-97 /B, containing chemically treated carbon graphite filaments, a small explosive charge and a parachute-retard system all packed into a cylindrical casing.
