Merlin smart munition

Merlin is a smart, top-attack, anti-tank munition for 81-mm mortars. Although it is heavier than a standard mortar round, it requires no special preparation or firing procedures. It is not capable of penetrating reactive armor, although reactive armor is not typically placed on the top of tanks, which is Merlin's target area. The program was canceled due to a lack of orders.

The missile has four control canards to the front and six stabilizing tail fins at the rear.
