Mongoose 3

The Mongoose 3 is an interceptor missile designed to protect a variety of armored vehicles or high-value targets as part of an active protection system or for counter rocket, artillery and mortar (C-RAM) operations.

The interceptor is designed to shoot down heavy anti-tank missiles at a maximum range of 330 yd (300 m) and deflect high-velocity kinetic energy “long-rod penetrator” tank rounds.
