The Ripsaw M5 is an uncrewed ground vehicle (UGV) developed from the optionally crewed Ripsaw vehicle developed by Howe & Howe, now part of Textron. The U.S. Army has selected the Ripsaw M5 for its Robotic Combat Vehicle-Medium (RCV-M) requirement. A variant was also offered for the service's RCV-Light (RCV-L) program (see "Variants," below, for more information).
