Recon Scout family of throwbots

The Recon Scout is a family of small throwable robots designed for reconnaissance missions, particularly in hostile or dangerous environments.

The basic model, which is constructed from aircraft aluminum and titanium, is rugged and can be thrown through windows, tossed over walls or driven down stairs.

The robot is controlled through a single joystick on the handheld operator control unit (OCU). Once deployed, the Recon Scout immediately begins to transmit a live video feed.
