The German Jagdpanzer Jaguar 1 self-propelled anti-tank guided weapon (ATGM) vehicle, also designated the RJPZ3, was based on the JPZ4-5 gun-armed tank destroyer, but was fitted with anti-tank guided missiles (ATGM). It was the largest and heaviest vehicle that carried an ATGM launcher as its main armament.
The product of a German light armored vehicle family program that included the JPZ4-5 and the Marder armored personnel carrier, the RJPZ3 entered production after the JPZ4-5.
