The SPRAT (Systeme de Pose Rapide de Travures, or system for the rapid installation of bridgeways) is a modular assault bridge under development for the French army. It is designed so that the bridge can be adapted to the width of the obstacle to be crossed.
The system includes a modular section designed for the MLC 70 load class, measuring a total length of 85 ft (26 m) in two sections. The bridge is carried by a 10 x 10 wheeled off-road vehicle.
