The Medium Protected Vehicle (MPV) is a family of vehicles developed for the Italian army that fits between the Light Multirole Vehicle (LMV) and Centauro and Freccia 8 x 8 armored vehicles. Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) has teamed with Iveco Defense Vehicles to offer a 6 x 6 25-ton variant for the German GFF-4 multi-role armored vehicle requirement.
