The Zipkin pedestal mounted air-defense system (PMADS) is a very short-range air defense (VSHORAD) system designed to provide low-level air defense to fixed installations. It uses the same pedestal-mounted air defense system as Turkey's Atilgan system (see separate record.

The system was developed by Aselsan in cooperation with the Turkish Undersecretariat for Defense Industries (SSM).
