The TCM-20 twin 20-mm anti-aircraft gun is towed on a two-wheel carriage and in the firing position the carriage is supported by three jacks. The TCM-20 consists of two Hispano-Suiza HS 404 20-mm cannons, a firing mount and an auxiliary power unit (APU).

The TCM-20 can also be used in a self-propelled role with the mount fitted on the rear of a half-track.
