The M27 105-mm recoilless rifle was used primarily in the anti-tank role and was fitted to either the M75 or M75A1 mount. The rifle consisted of a tube, firing cable, chamber, and breechblock lever assembly. The mount included the equilibrators, elevation assembly, traveling lock, and top and bottom carriage assembly.
