The 155-mm GCT (grande cadence de tir, high rate of fire) is a modified AMX-30 tank hull fitted with a new turret armed with a 155-mm cannon and automatic loading system. It is France's largest self-propelled artillery piece. AUF1 is the French army designation. The system is deployed at the corps level.
