The Emerlec mount, fitted with two Swiss 30-mm Oerlikon automatic cannons, has been exported to several navies.

The gyro-stabilized mount puts the gunner's position between the two cannons. The front-entry cabin has a controlled environment and a daylight reflex sight or an image-intensifying night sight; the mount can also be operated under remote control.

The cannons are mounted on a trunnion that passes through the cabin behind the gunner; they elevate and traverse together....
