Breda Twin Compact mount

The Breda Twin 30-mm compact naval gun mount is similar to but smaller than the Breda Twin 40-mm mount. It is fired under remote optical fire control or radar control.

The two guns are Mauser 30-mm Mk30 Model F automatic cannons (see separate database entry). They are top-fed by a curved feed system that draws from two magazines in the mount itself (maximum capacity 250 rounds each) or from a circular magazine below deck (maximum capacity 2,000 total rounds).
