The Firestrike is a ruggedized, high-energy, solid-state laser designed as a line-replaceable unit (LRU) for battlefield applications. The system is designed for scaling high-energy laser lasers to the desired power level.
Each 15 kW LRU can be combined with multiple units to fit specific missions and/or platforms. The result is a flexible capability with tailored lethality. The basic stackable system can accommodate eight modules to provide 120 kW of power.
