The French Giat 120-mm tank gun was designed by the Etablissment d'Etudes et de Fabrications d'Armaments de Bourges (EFAB), and is the main armament on the AMX-40 export-oriented main battle tank (MBT). A modified version is fitted to the Leclerc MBT.
