The AL60 was a light, piston-engine utility transport that saw limited military service.

The plane's high wing was braced by single struts near the leading edge, and had a long rectangular center section and short outer wing panels with tapered trailing edges. Most of the trailing edge was flapped with ailerons in the outer sections. The triangular fin and rudder had a squared top and small dorsal fillet.
