The Yak-152 is a basic training aircraft under development for the civil and military market. It is a development of the Yak-54 sport plane. The Yakovlev Design Bureau has plans to offer it as a complement to the Yak-130 advanced jet trainer (see separate record for details). A variant is also under development for the Chinese air force.
