Sentry Owl mini-UAV

The Sentry Owl mini air vehicle (MAV) was an internal name during development of the system now known as the Desert Hawk (see separate database record).

The Sentry Owl was developed to provide autonomous reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities to small units and installations. It could be used for military reconnaissance, border patrol, police surveillance and other civilian uses.
