The MQ-25A Stingray is a carrier-capable uncrewed aerial vehicle being developed by the U.S. Navy for aerial refueling operations. It will be the first operational UAV to conduct catapult-assisted-takeoff-but-arrested-recovery (CATOBAR) operations. The Navy plans to procure 72 production aircraft, in addition to four engineering, manufacturing and development (EMD) prototypes. It is being built by Boeing and was designed by Boeing's Phantom Works division.
