The Molynx high-altitude long-endurance (HALE) uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) was Alenia Aeronautica's (now part of Leonardo) experimental design to fill a variety of civil and military surveillance roles.
The air vehicle had an 82-ft (25-m) wingspan and a 30-ft (9-m) fuselage with T-tail surface controls. It was to be powered by two wing-mounted push propellers driven by engines acquired from the automotive industry.
